500/5 stars Ni at Star Nails/Top Nails gave me the most attention to detail I’ve ever had! The gel manicure was perfect. I’ve never had a more precise french tip, they are the most flattering set to date. She has transformed my toes entirely and corrected the shaping, honestly given me all the confidence in the world after my visit today. I will 100% be seeing her from now on, that’s how happy I am.

Never disappointed with the lovely and talented staff here. I can come with many elaborate design samples but they are always patient and carefully advise on every detail so that I can be as satisfied as possible. I also really love their working atmosphere. You can see the staff working in a team and being happy with each other. They are very lovely with each other and with customers like us. I am a long-time and familiar customer of theirs and will always be. Highly recommended !

I popped in to get my nails done ahead of my birhday this weekend and I'm so glad I chose this place! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. The salon itself is super clean and has a calm, relaxing vibe. I wasn't sure what design I wanted, but one of the girls took the time to chat with me and the occasion. She was really gentle and detailed no rushing, no cutting to deep, just really careful and professional work. I absolutely love my nails. Highly recommend this gem of a salon!

Always give this place high praise, I have been doing my nails here for over a year now and am very happy with their service, the staff are skilled and very consistent I would get any of them to do my nails. Prices are also very reasonable. If you are looking for a good nail salon you should give this place a try!

[Updated review] I previously left a 1 star review a couple of months ago due to a very poor experience (on my 3rd time at the salon). The owner contacted me personally and invited me to return to give them another go and I did so yesterday. I always get builder gel nails with a nude base as I work in healthcare, with some sort of elegant or subtle design. Lucy did my nails this time. She was lovely to chat to, gentle, efficient and detail oriented. Her design work is impeccable. She regularly checked in with me to make sure what she was doing was to my liking. She even workshopped the design I wanted, changing some details in the design and colours until I was happy with the end result. Often I feel rushed when I ask the nail tech what they think, or to help me with design ideas or colours - I was very comfortable with Lucy and felt she was invested in the process as well :) Love my nails this time around and will be returning. One small point - the shellac colour range is quite small and 3 of the colours i had initially wanted from their selection were unavailable. Regardless, the design turned out beautifully! Wonderful experience this time around and applaud the owner's genuiness, accountability and their willingness to take feedback.
